Catered by students working alongside experienced chef-lecturers, The Bistro is open to the public and reservations are not required at lunchtime although you will need to book a table for early evening dining on Tuesday, when students learning more about events management will often plan something special. Earls Restaurant

If you are lucky enough to secure a table at this hugely popular restaurant, you will find a superb menu planned, prepared and served by our talented students.

In an exciting new initiative this year, the restaurant will play host to a number of visiting chefs from some of the area’s best-known eateries. Each of these chefs has generously agreed to take charge of the kitchens during their visit, allowing our students to learn by working alongside them.

Your meal will always be prepared and served by our talented students under the guidance of our chef-lecturers. On the day that you join us though, you might also be able to detect the influence of one of our top professionals
