Matt Davies Bistro
The popular eaterie where our students work under the tuterage of top local chef Matt Davies. Each Tuesday evening during term-time, the chef takes overall charge of the bistro kitchens, allowing students to learn by working alongside him while members of the public taste the mouth-watering results.
