| Course Description | It is designed by the Council for Awards in Child Care and Education (CACHE), the leading provider of qualifications in Child Care and Education. It provides the underpinning knowledge and practical training for those wishing to work with children and families in a wide variety of settings. Course Content The course is offered on a modular basis and is made up of a ‘core’ consisting of seven units plus the opportunity to undertake additional ‘College Certificates’ in further supportive skills e.g. First Aid. You will also undertake a short period in a work placement. |
